The
profundity of the information contained in
the decans is such that, one should allow ample
time and freedom of thought in order to synthesize
what is being presented. There are multiple
facets of application and one should be allowing
of creative free-flowing thought in order to,
not only understand them , but perhaps to discover
new applications.
As always before we start, let it be stated that, it is highly unlikely
that any examples given, are people that have experienced the knowledge
of the Decans.
Here we go...
Example # 1.
Norman Schwarzkopf. Born August 22, 1934. Bear Decan.
His favorite nickname is "The Bear". He had a temper.
The
3rd Decan of Leo is Bear. It is ruled by
Mars. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norman_Schwarzkopf,_Jr.
"The
Bear" — Norman Schwarzkopf, Jr., United States Army general (the nickname
he preferred, over "Stormin' Norman")
Example # 2.
Gustave Eiffel. Born
December 15, 1832. Metal Decan.
Eiffel
was and most likely still is the world's
most famous Metal Structural Engineer.
Alexandre
Gustave Eiffel (December 15, 1832 December
27, 1923, a French structural
engineer and entrepreneur
and a specialist of metallic structures.
He is famous for designing the Eiffel Tower, built 18871889 for the 1889 Universal Exposition in Paris, France,
and the armature for
the Statue
of Liberty, New
York Harbor, U.S.

Metal is the 3rd Decan of Saggitarius. It is ruled by the Sun.
It is interesting to note that the man responsible for the worlds tallest
metal-only structure is born in Metal Decan ruled by the Sun. He seems
to me to be also very intuitive regarding the Statue of Liberty. As he
was the structural Engineer on the project, one could surmise that he
had something to do with it's design.
This is interesting because the Statue has far reaching symbolism that
also relates to the decans.
The Statue
of Liberty was a gift to the United
States.

The Statue
of Liberty (French: Statue de la
Liberté),
officially titled Liberty Enlightening
the World (French: la Liberté éclairant le monde), dedicated on October 28, 1886,
is a monument commemorating the centennial
of the signing of the United States
Declaration of Independence, given
to the United States by the people of France to
represent the friendship between the two
countries established during the American Revolution.[6] It represents a woman wearing a stola,
a radiant crown and sandals,
trampling a broken chain, carrying a torch in her raised right hand and a tabula ansata tablet, where the date of the Declaration
of Independence JULY IV MDCCLXXVI[7] is inscribed, in her left arm. Standing on Liberty Island in New York Harbor, it welcomes visitors, immigrants,
and returning Americans traveling by ship.[8]

July 4th is in Snake Decan. It is ruled by Mars and is the 2nd Decan
of Cancer.

Note
the similarities in the head decor, coil lines
at waist and arm positions right and left.
Also, the description of this decan closely matches the personality of
the United States. In fact, it is also very important to note that Cancer
is also an astrological archetype that very much fits the United States. "Give
us your tired, hungry and poor" but don't mess with our finances.
This particular decan is ruled by Mars. This accounts for our agressive
nature when considering our war record.
The answer to changing this aspect of the United States is to dissolve
the Gov't, tear down the statues demonstrating this aspect or bragging
about it, and restart with a new Birthday accompanied with the appropriate
intention and purpose.
The classical appearance (Roman stola,
sandals, facial expression) derives from Libertas,
ancient Rome's goddess of freedom from slavery, oppression, and tyranny.
Her raised right foot is on the move. This symbol of Liberty and Freedom is not standing still or at attention
in the harbor, it is moving forward, as her left foot tramples broken shackles at
her feet, in symbolism of the United States' wish to be free from oppression
and tyranny.[30] Since the 1940s, it has been claimed that the
seven spikes or diadem atop of the crown epitomize the Seven Seas and seven
continents.[31] Her torch signifies enlightenment.
The Keystone in her hand represents knowledge and shows the date of
the United States
Declaration of Independence, in roman numerals, July IV, MDCCLXXVI.
Interestingly
enough, another important date for the Statue
is Oct 28.
On
October 28, 1886, the Statue of Liberty
was unveiled by President Grover Cleveland in front of thousands
of spectators.
Oct 28 is Dolphin Decan. It is the 1rst Decan of Scorpio and is the sign
of fixed water. The Statue of Liberty is planted in fixed water.
Cancer is the sign of Cardinal Water. Dolphin is interesting because
,......It is ruled by ......you guessed it....MARS !!!!! Uncle Sam
wants us constantly doesn't it ?

The position of this decan is just off-shore. She is signaling
the sign of the Heirophant. One who dispenses wisdom. Thing is, she
is also ostracized from her homeland for whatever reason. She is
arriving on the shore of a foreign land. Hillary Clinton is this
Decan as well and she is now our Foreign Ambassador.
Hillary
Diane Rodham Clinton, born
October 26, 1947) is the 67th United States Secretary
of State, serving within the administration of President Barack Obama.
It goes on and on......more
later.
