36 Decans of the Zodiac Explained

The Decans are 10 day time periods. For each 30 day sign of the Zodiac there are 3 distinct decans. Many times, a person will view the descriptions of their Zodiac sun sign only to find partial truth resonating. The first thing one should observe regarding the decans is the ruling planet. This may help clear water that was previously murky.

The second thing one should notice regarding the decans is the geometry and shape. There are distinct features contained in the images that pertain directly to individuals born during the different decans. These include bodily features, symbolism of personality traits, and specific shapes or clothing one is drawn to. I have studied them for some time and can only conclude that they are not only authentic but are of highly spiritual origin.

These particular images are from the Hindu and date to approximately 500 AD. Keep the aspect of cultural origin in mind when observing the symbolism. The personalities and deeper meanings are universal for humanity. True understanding of how the different decans reveal themselves requires study and ardent observation. I have seen other 10 day periods represented in 360 day calendars from the Maya and Egyptian cultures but these images have the best detail.

At one point in time, communication was accomplished through symbolism rather than written language. Frankly, after studying these amazing images and how they reveal themselves in peoples homes, faces, and occupations, I can only surmise that symbolism is tremendously more efficient when done properly in regard to high spiritual wisdom. To the distracted minds they will be fleeting entertainment at best. To the trained observer, they will be a revealing of significant proportion. Especially the artists. A woman with a pot-like belly is dressed in red clothes, and has the face of a horse. She thinks about jewelry and food. She is thirsty and has only one foot.

It is a male decan ruled by Jupiter.

A brownish-red man with pronounced high cheekbones knows the 64 arts. He is willing to work but may be unreliable. Dressed in red clothes, he is savvy in the ways of business.
Taurus

The 1st decan of Taurus is Fire.
It is a female decan ruled by Venus.

A woman with wavy hair is wearing a burning dress and has a pot-like belly. She is thirsty, hungry and desires jewelry.
 
  Goat
May 1-10
The 2nd decan of Taurus is Goat.
It is a male four footed decan ruled by Mercury.

A man experienced in working the land and livestock knows the 64 arts. He is showing one shoulder in a bull-like posture and is tortured by hunger. He has extreme heat in the body and is gluttonous. He has a ram-like face, and is wearing dirty clothes.

It is a four footed male decan ruled by Saturn.
A man with large white teeth and odd feet, has a brownish-red body of an elephant. He is friendly toward the ram and the other animals of the forest.

The 1st decan of Gemini is Jewel.
It is a four footed male decan ruled by Saturn.

A man wearing many jewels has a bow with quiver, and armor. He has experience in the art of dance, musical instruments, and correspondence.

It is a female decan ruled by Mercury.

A girl who loves needlework and jewelry has her arms raised up. She is without child and has reached puberty.

The 3rd decan of Pisces is Yogi.
It is a male snake-decan ruled by Mars.

This is a warning decan. A man with little clothing lives in a cave in the forest. He is tortured by thieves and fire. A snake is wrapped tightly around his body and his heart is yearning.
